Change Initiatives works among deprived communities and in deprived rural regions. Volunteers work in
challenging
environment that will test their leadership skills, ability to mediate and their ability to innovate
Volunteers get to stay with the communities and given the responsibility and the autonomy to implement
projects. Volunteers
get trained in Ethnographic Action Research, which enables them to immerse themselves fully into the lives
of our stakeholders and offering them unique perspectives, which will be useful in their careers
Volunteers are trained in monitoring and evaluation tools such as social returns to investments, which can
be applied in
diverse fields
Our Volunteer Brigade comprises students from the Radboud University, Netherlands, Cupertino High School,
